Co-Founder and CEO
Margo Day is a life-long change-maker. She was first introduced to coding as a senior in high school and has paved the way for women in technology ever since. Margo has had a stunning 34-year career in the tech industry, 17 of which were spent as a senior leader at Microsoft, including most recently as Vice President of U.S. Education, where she focused on building up partnerships and breaking down barriers. She has been a steadfast leader and mentor to women and girls throughout her life, and has devoted much of her energy towards achieving gender equality globally.
Jeff Armantrout
Co-Founder and COO
Jeff Armantrout is an innovator. With over 35 years of experience in the tech industry, and over a decade of that time spent as a senior manager at Amazon, his focus has been on analyzing problems and improving systems. An expert product manager with a keen eye for detail, Jeff led teams to craft better products, enhance user experiences, and streamline strategies. This passion for innovation and improvement is also reflected in his philanthropic pursuits. As a generous supporter of charity throughout his life, Jeff was inspired to do more in the second half of his life.
